Awesome grub! Lots to choose from! And most importantly, affordable!!! I love eating here!

It was too crowded an the food was gone before you even gpt up to it. An what you did get was cold. Even when "fresh" was brought out it was cold

I love this place, the food is always delicious.

Great food and service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is rotated as it goes low, not empty like most buffet establishments in Richmond. They have a lunch, dinner, and takeout options. Prices are great compared to the selection of food. The Mongolian Grill has its own selection of steak, shrimp, chicken and fresh vegetables to season. If you plan on returning ask for the rewards card, for bonus meal deals.

Fresh food always and the Mongolian Bar was on point. The Hostess is very friendly and has always been very personable....remembers me and my dinner date before we became old and gray and always asks, "So what's the little one/youngest doing now?" Great dining experience every time.

Ordered entree’s and appetizer food today and it tasted horrible. The egg roll was soggy with red stuffing in it so that made even tasted weird. I ordered rice noodles and it was bland #nocolor&flavor. I also ordered garlic buttered shrimp and I was disappointed of how the size of shrimps because I believe that is for fried rice and it tasted straight pepper PLUS they added chunks of crabmeat with it which I wasn’t expecting. Today was my first time and I probably won’t go back because it was not close to authentic Chinese food at all.

We stopped here for a quick lunch after our nephews graduation. Very hot and fresh food. Good selection of food and desserts. Good selection of fruit and other items as well. A little pricey for lunch but it was the weekend...

This is by far the most beautiful restauraunt I have ever been to! Many more sushi and desserts to choose from and very friendly waiters! My husband and I will definitely be back!

I usually like King Buffet but not this time. I got General Tso chicken...so tough I couldn't chew it. I think it had been microwaved. Not impressed!

If I was able to give ZERO STARS I would. I was treated disrespectfully. I come in and get food here at the very least once a week. I had asked one of the kitchen staff if he could put some chicken on the bar, which was COMPLETELY EMPTY. And he put is hand up and walked away. I stood there for at least 10 minutes as he continued to sit in the dining area on this phone. I understand things happen with the bar. But this employee treated me very disrespectful. When I told the lady who rang me up. She shrugged her shoulders and said sorry.Also, when I called and tried to speak to a manager they said there wasn’t one there. I asked when they would be available and she said not sure. I asked if there would be one tomorrow? And she continued to say not sure.

I’m always welcomed with warm loving smiles and Lilly has been very loving to my children since they were born! The food is always amazing fresh and flavorful. Staff is noticeable tram oriented which delivers a great experience every time. I enjoy the cleanliness too.

the vibes are impeccable in this facility. will probably not return tbh but enjoyed my visit. the fish almost bit me though. i had the time of my life at this restaurant. the food was slightly above mediocre but i was thoroughly impressed. five stars

Its atmosphere is pretty but every time I try to eat here I barely make it home to use bathroomMy stomach gets so sick. I always say that it never again but are friends like going in big groups and I go for the company and am hungry and the food taste good but I it never fails. I always get terrible stomach ache within 15-20 after leaving.

I have been coming to this restaurant here for years. The service is amazing. They work together as a team to serve you. Plus there is a lot of food options to choose from. And they actually clean their bathrooms unlike some places. Everyone is friendly. I can't keep myself from coming back again and again.

My family loves this place great food selection and my children love the koi pond.

I love this place . There is a lady who has worked here since the place opened and I've known her since I was 8 years old . I'm now 22 . ❤️ She's amazing and so sweet !

Most people give this place a bad rep, but I always come here for a buffet. I care less what people say about a place because some people just nit-pick everything. I love the service and the food. Ain’t never had a bad experience. Usually stays packed. Never empty.Today (3-5-18) I even won a Star Wars figurine set out of the toy machine and gave it to my boyfriend. Patience is the Key, it might not start a car but it will help you travel further. The Key is Knowledge.

This is by far the cleanest asian buffet I have ever been to and as a retired truck driver * have ate at hundreds of them. Food was fresh and hot, with a great selection. The person who posted a review saying the place smelled of urine, and the food taste of old gym socks sounds like a competing restaurant owner or had never even visited this place. The bathroom was also clean. Was under 12$ for buffet and drink. Would definitely recommend this place.

Always a good experience at King Buffet. The chef that cooks the noodles and steaks is absolutely amazing. I had a egg roll that had a piece of something hard in it but they took care of it. I have been going to this place for 3 years, I recommend it! Best chinese food in Richmond & Berea.

There are a lot of different foods on the buffet! They have pretty fair pricing normally. This place is very busy during the lunch time so you know if people keep coming back, its gotta be good. My favorite dish here is probably the chicken and broccoli

The most horrible food I have ever eaten. Eggroll way to salty. Chicken on a stick I believe was Spoiled. It was Disgusting, had to throw them out. Only thing halfway decent was the fried rice. It was edible. All the rest was Nasty, Gross and Disgusting

This Chinese restaurant is by far my favorite. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly. I would definitely reccomend stopping in to try it for yourself!

Always love the food here and the wooden sculpted table is so gorgeous. It can even be fun for little kids because you can buy koi fish food.

Good food. If you think this food sucks then I question why you would expect amazing food from a buffet. I did say good. Not amazing.
